Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend is Hiring a Medical Receptionist (TM) Near Corpus Christi, TX
*This is a Work Experience (work-based training) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred but not required.
Prior experience is helpful.
Skills in the knowledge of Excel preferred; will operate Apple computer.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Keep the front office organized and clutter-free.
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information for callers, and distribute calls and messages to appropriate persons promptly.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Schedule appointments or bus ride to destination. Organize folders for monthly meetings
- And other duties as assigned.
